Partial Foil W/ Haircut
What Are Partial Highlights? Partial highlights focus on adding color around the face and the top of the head, creating a brightening or framing effect. Often referred to as a “half head of highlights,” this technique leaves much of your natural color visible. How It’s Done: Using foils, targeting specific areas like the mohawk section, top half, or hairline and part line of your hair. For a lighter look, I may suggest “lightening the base” to complement the highlights. Pros: +Causes less damage as fewer strands are colored. +More affordable than full highlights. +Mimics natural, sun-kissed brightness. Cons: +Highlights are less visible when hair is tied up. +Not ideal for going full blonde or making dramatic color changes.
